Core Book

This 72 page full-colour hard-back book contains everything you need to introduce your class to the Fantasy Phonics range. Firstly, read the Introductory Story, which brings the magical world of Fantasyland to life, and weaves all the characters into an exciting adventure. Secondly, look at the special verse and colour illustration for each initial letter sound. Your children can discover the story behind each letter and have fun searching for things in the picture that start with the correct sound.


Activity Book


This book contains 29 activities based on initial letter sounds. Each activity also introduces the lower case and capital form of the letter and reinforces correct letter formation.


Key Word Flashcards


This set contains one high frequency word flashcard to represent each letter of the alphabet. One side of the flashcard contains the high frequency word and the other contains the capital letter and the Fantasyland character or feature.


CD’s


Two CD’s that contain an audio version of the Introductory Story, a spoken rhyme and a song for each initial letter sound. Listening children are encouraged to participate in articulating each phonic sound and finding examples of words that begin with the same sound.
